Keep Austin Beautiful's free recycling bin lending program can make your next event environmentally friendly, with easy to use recycling containers. The clearly marked and light weight containers make recycling simple.  Check them out!

Adopt-a-Street
You've seen the cool signs around town, but what's it all about? The Adopt-a-Street program gives local groups the opportunity to take ownership over a public street in Austin.

Adopt-a-Creek
Do you have a favorite creek? Would your group like to take ownership of your creek and make a visible impact on your local environment?  If so, Adopt-a-Creek is the perfect opportunity for you.

EVENTS

Clean Sweep
Clean Sweep is a network of litter cleanups taking place all over Austin, followed by a volunteer thank-you party. Clean Sweep is part of the Great American Cleanup and The Don’t Mess with Texas Trash-Off and focuses on community creeks and waterways.

Lake Travis Park Cleanup
Several hundred volunteers join forces to cleanup nine Travis County Parks surrounding Lake Travis after the busy Memorial weekend. The cleanup in the morning is followed by a volunteer thank-you party in the afternoon. This is a great event for ALL ages!

Lake Travis Underwater Cleanup
KAB teams up with the LCRA, the Colorado River Foundation, and Travis County for the BIGGEST scuba diving and shoreline cleanup in Texas! This is something you HAVE to experience!
