Austin Subaru’s “Hit the Road Summer Fun Drive” to Benefit KAB!

On Saturday July 24th visit the Subura location at 200 West Huntland Drive between 10am and 4pm to test drive a Subaru and raise money for KAB. The event is part of Austin Subaru's “Hit the Road Summer Fun Drive”, a charitable promotion designed to benefit local Eco-Charities and to get people behind the wheel of a Subaru!

 

KAB Awards – Applications Due June 25th!

Each year KAB recognizes those that are making an impact in Austin’s environment! This could be you or someone you know. Apply or nominate someone for the KAB Awards to be recognized at the 25th Annual KAB Awards Luncheon, on November 3rd.

 

KAB Silver Anniversary Happy Hour!

Savvy Kids Conference - June 12th and 13th

Parents get out of the heat this summer and take your children to the Savvy Kids Conference. Explore kids actvities while discovering products and services for youth and tapping into knowledge from over 40 local organizations!

 

Seed Savers

Love beautiful native plants and want to share them with others?  Send your native plant seeds to KAB and we'll distribute them to schools and creek restoration projects around town.  Learn more at: www.KeepAustinBeautiful.org/SeedSavers

Leaf for a Leaf

The Leaf for a Leaf program promotes borrowing library books to reduce the number of trees that are cut down to make paper.  The more books you read, the more Leaf for a Leaf trees will be planted.
