We rely on our volunteers to lead community cleanup projects, participate in service days, help us during large events, assist in the office, and much more! Whether you’re an individual, an organization, or a corporate group, we have the perfect volunteer opportunity for you! KAB has both one-time and ongoing opportunities available year-round.

Longhorn Recycling Roundup - help us educate Longhorn fans about composting and recycling at UT Longhorn Football UT games.

 

Lake Travis Underwater Cleanup – from cleaning on the shoreline and underwater, to registering volunteers, or setting up for the after party discover the many ways to get involved with our annual underwater cleanup at Lake Travis.

 

 

KAB has internships available for the fall, spring and summer terms. Internships are unpaid but are available for academic credit.

 

Graphic Design Intern - work on producing high-quality print and electronic marketing materials to reflect the distinct image of KAB.

 

Events Intern - help plan and coordinate our annual cleanup events (Clean Sweep and Lake Travis Underwater Cleanup) and the Annual Awards Luncheon.

Education Intern - assist us with our education programming.

 

Communications Intern - assist with our communications and brand development which includes updating KAB’s social media sites and webpages, creating, writing and formatting press releases, blogs, PowerPoints, and much more.
