Dear Friends,
As we reflect on this year’s incredible accomplishments, we are reminded that none of it would have been possible without you. Your support has fueled transformative change in Austin, empowering volunteers, students, and neighbors to take action for a cleaner and greener city. Together, we have achieved remarkable milestones—but there is still so much more we can do.
In 2024, the Keep Austin Beautiful team and 9,286 dedicated volunteers contributed 19,671 hours of community service, removed 78 tons of litter and recycling, and cleaned an impressive 321 miles of public spaces. These efforts saved our city $587,390 and strengthened our commitment to creating a vibrant and sustainable Austin.
As we prepare to celebrate Keep Austin Beautiful’s 40th anniversary in 2025, we are thrilled to launch Love ATX, a six-month campaign aimed at inspiring action around recycling, composting, and litter prevention. This exciting initiative has the potential to transform neighborhoods and instill lasting environmental stewardship—but we can’t do it without you.
Your gift is essential to:
- Expanding staff capacity to support growing volunteer programs.
- Improving volunteer experiences with better tools and coordination.
- Addressing community challenges like graffiti and neglected spaces through public art and beautification projects.
- Sustaining green spaces and fostering creative, community-driven environmental initiatives.
By joining The Beautify Club, our community of committed supporters, your contributions will empower thousands of volunteers and students to continue transforming Austin. Whether it’s cleaner waterways, greener spaces, or vibrant public areas, your gift today will pave the way for another 40 years of positive change.
Will you help us kick off this milestone year with a donation? Together, we can make Austin cleaner, greener, and more beautiful for generations to come.
Thank you for your unwavering partnership and dedication to our mission. Your support truly makes all the difference.
With gratitude,
Rodney E. Ahart
