Keep Austin Beautiful is proud to offer community groups access to quality tools without the expense in an easy-to-check-out system to facilitate community-driven beautification, improvement, and maintenance projects.
Keep Austin Beautiful is excited to know that your group is making efforts to keep Austin beautiful and encourages you to provide additional information related to the project so we can share in the good news. Keep Austin Beautiful is stocked to assist you with your beautification projects. These supplies are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, so please reserve your tools at least two weeks in advance. Be sure to return tools in a timely and responsible manner to ensure that tools are available for other projects and to maintain eligibility for future borrowing privileges. Borrower agrees:
- To use tools for the purpose of a community-driven beautification, improvement, and/or maintenance project
- To pick up and return tools at the Keep Austin Beautiful office.
- To store the tools in a secure location, protected from the weather, during the loan period.
- To be responsible for any missing or damaged tools (other than normal wear and tear).
Loan Agreement
I, the below named signer, will be borrowing the tools indicated from Keep Austin Beautiful and agree to use them for purposes of a community-driven beautification, improvement, and/or maintenance project. I understand that I must pick up and return the tools at Keep Austin Beautiful's office and store the tools in a secure location, protected from the weather, during the loan period. I am responsible for any missing or damaged tools (other than normal wear and tear) and will be charged as such. If I do not return the tools in a timely and responsible manner I may not be eligible for future borrowing privileges.
